Often a system can be configured on a much more expeditious basis when the system design and planning occurs at the rough-in stage. Any number of features can be included in the design for installation at some later date. And in new construction, it may well be possible for you to wrap your system and its monitoring costs into the long term financing you have created for the renovation or new construction.
