Base system includes one deluxe keypad with built-in Police, Fire and Medical Panic Alarm, one master control panel, one interior siren, one power transformer, one motion detector, one telephone interface jack, three door or window sensors, one backup battery, yard sign, decals, equipment warranty, professional security survey of your property, and professional installation by Johns Brothers Security registered, insured technicians.

*Credit approval, 3 year monitoring agreement at $30.95 per month are required for the FREE system under the Safe at Home Program. The System is hard-wired or wireless depending on the construction of the property.

*A $99 installation fee is required, unless you are affiliated with any one of the many organizations to whom we have extended a waiver of that fee.
