Under the Johns Brothers Security Renter’s Advantage program, you can purchase a Johns Brothers Security System at reduced cost for installation at your rental home. This home security system is “wireless” for ease of installation and relocation. The standalone system and its installation comprise a retail value of $899. Other than monitoring, the cost to you under this program is only $499.

The Renter’s Advantage system includes one deluxe keypad with built-in Police, Fire and Medical Panic Alarm, one master control panel, one interior siren, one power transformer, one motion detector, one telephone interface jack, two door or window sensors, one backup battery, decals, equipment warranty, professional security survey of the property, and professional installation by Johns Brothers Security registered, insured technicians.

Credit approval, 1 year monitoring agreement at $33.95 per month and direct debit or credit card payment are required for the system under the Renter’s Advantage Program. You retain sole ownership of the system and its components and you can reinstall the system at your new residence should you have to move.
