The Base Immediate Dispatch System includes: one deluxe keypad with built-in Medical Panic Alarm, Police, and Fire alarm, one master control panel, one Remote Medical Alert Pendant, one monitored Heat/Smoke detector, four door or window sensors, one interior siren, one power transformer, one telephone interface jack, one backup battery, yard sign and decals, equipment warranty, professional security survey of the property, and professional installation by Johns Brothers Security registered, insured technicians.

*Proof of age, homeownership, credit approval, and prepayment or direct debit or credit card payment of monthly monitoring fees are required for all elements of the Seniors over 65 program.
