Active Duty Military Program

The members of the military assigned to duty stations in Hampton Roads are often unable to state unequivocally how long they will be stationed here. In order to provide the opportunity for active duty members of the United States Armed Forces to be part of the Johns Brothers Security umbrella of protection, the Johns Brothers Active Duty Military Program was established. Rather than encumber someone on active duty with a 5 or 3 year contract as a condition for installation of a system, Johns Brothers has created 3 contract periods to encourage the acquisition of home security systems. The contract periods and monthly monitoring charges are as follows:

Base system includes: one deluxe keypad with built-in Police, Fire and Medical Panic Alarm, one master control panel, one interior siren, one power transformer, one motion detector, one telephone interface jack, two door or window sensors, one backup battery, yard sign and decals, equipment warranty, professional security survey of the property, and professional installation by Johns Brothers Security registered, insured technicians. Three year contract includes 1 extra door or window sensor.*

Ownership of system equipment transfers to customer upon customer’s payment of first six months of monitoring fees. Active duty status, homeownership, credit approval, 1 or 2 year monitoring agreement at $33.95 per month, or 3 year monitoring agreement at $30.95 per month, and direct debit or credit card payment are required for the system.

*This is Johns Brothers “Safe at Home” program offer; however the $99 installation fee is waived for active duty military.
