Solid state technology and the professional planning and installation of the systems make maintenance far less arduous than in years past. Despite these continuing advances in the ruggedness of the equipment, you should test your system regularly.

Your Johns Brothers Security Consultant will outline the test procedure, and our Central Monitoring Station is always ready to assist you in testing.

Under our standard maintenance agreements, your system is maintained for the life of the agreement. If hardware breaks or testing determines a component is not operating properly, it will be replaced.

You can contact us 24 hours a day through the Central Monitoring Station. Regular maintenance is scheduled at your convenience during normal working hours. Our technicians are ‘on-call’ for emergency service 24 hours per day in order to provide you response to any emergency situation.
